He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. Willis and Ruth Willis; his wife Janet "Liz"; and his son Robert D. Willis. He is survived by: his children, Ruth Willis-Linn (Lee), Dorothy Willis, Cindy Seamans (Frank), Janet DeBottis and Joseph P. Willis III (Sue). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
