He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Francis and Marie Harriet Tupper; and his sister Rosalyn M. Bissonette. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Billy Tupper; his children, Benjamin (Naomi Oyanagi) and Hillary (Quinn Pinner); his grandchildren, Eli, Isaac, Mac and Addis Tupper; and his cousin Sally Lepine. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
