He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wesley McGowan and Agnes McGowan (Smith); his wife Regina Marie Gallagher; his children, Jennifer Conley (Dan) and Sean (Ashley); his grandsons, Zakary Conley, Thomas Conley, Nathan Conley, Liam McGowan, Owen McGowan and Aden McGowan; his sister Carol Bennett; and his brother-in-law Charles D. Gallagher. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
