He is survived by: his close friend Laura Warren; his children, Alyssa Van Boxmeer (Hank) and Lexy Dean; the mother of his children Vicky Dean; his siblings, Amijo Blumenstock (Jay) and David Dean (Carol); his pets, Buster, Bandit and Oliver; and also, Eleanor Merrill, Debbie Hollen, Mathew Warren (Gina) and Christopher Warren (Meg).
