He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Gamble and Loretta Gamble. He is survived by: his wife Edie; his children, Kevin and Kristen; his sister Kim Yetter (John); his parents-in-law, Gerd Aasgaard and Ivar Kristensen (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Kari O'Brien, Lisa Clark, Tormod Kristensen (Kim) and Jon Kristensen (Sherri). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
