He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Mayberry and Mary Mayberry. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Fister; his children, Tim (Carly), Megan (Jeff) and Colleen (Dan); his grandchildren, Carina, Cecilia, Theo, William and Jonathan; and his siblings, Jackie (Dave), John (Debbie), Tom (Lori) and Jim (Marianne). He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
