She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam and Dora (Medvene); and her brothers, Albert, Morton and Jerome.

She is survived by: her husband Bernard S. Feldman; her sons, Sandy Feldman (Anne Strassner) of Manhattan, James Feldman (Amy) of Atlanta and David Feldman (Felicia) of Camden; her grandchildren, Amanda Feldman (Roberto Pinto) of Jersey City, Olivia Feldman (Jos Prikazsky) of Harrison, Julia Feldman (Christian Ronald) of Manhattan, Samuel Feldman (Torie Recalde) of Manhattan and Zachary Feldman (Lea Wirtz) of Brooklyn; and her great grandchildren, Julian, Gabriella and Sebastian.

Donations in Valli's memory to The Jewish Museum, New York City, would be welcome, as Valli was a longtime member and supporter.
