He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Fenaughty and Thomas Fenaughty; his sisters, Marian "Tot" Geesman and Joanna Larkin; and his niece Sharon Geesman. He is also survived by two nephews and several grand nephews and a grand niece.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be no formal service at this time, but a drink-up in his memory somewhere in Manhattan could occur at some later post-pandemic date.
