We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2025, at the age of 77, Maria Celeste Sintra of Manhattan, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Maria Celeste shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Maria Celeste farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Buyus Funeral Home (426 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07105). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (8101 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Bergen, NJ 07047).
