He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne Kramer Mullen; his children, Thomas and Pamela Vinci (Bud); his parents, Beatrice Mulvey and Frank Mullen; his siblings, Margaret Engelke and Frank Mullen; and his daughter Barbara Mullen.

He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Wolfe, Joseph and Michael Mullen; his grandchildren, Liz Vega (Walter), Tim Wolfe, Kelly Hirsh (Ryan), Joseph, Margaret, Patrick, Bridget Mullen, Michael McDevitt, Tommy, Robert Mullen, Jenna, Sarah and Katelyn Vinci; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Madison and Maverick.
