He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Vincent and Elizabeth Noto. He is survived by: his wife Sallie Jane Noto; his children-in-law, Jennifer Lyn, Castellani (Michael) and Joseph Vincent Noto (Rachel); his sister Marie Ann; and his son Joseph. He is also survived by his wife and children, Joe is also survived by his grandchildren.
