He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Harold Bafford and Mena Edmonds Bafford. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Angeline Brand; his stepson Joseph Edmonds Bafford, Jr. (Alexandra) of Manhattan; his stepgranddaughter Margaret Angeline Brand Bafford; his daughter Angeline of Charleston, SC; and his sister Roberta Bafford Partridge of Ballston Spa, NY.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, there will be no memorial service at this time.
