He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Blauvelt and Diane Carroll. He is survived by: his children, Megan and Daniel; his siblings, Michele Connahan and Thomas (Kristen); his former wife Elizabeth Janiec; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew (Sherry), Patrick (Diana), Maura (David), Grace and Hannah. He is also survived by three great nieces and two great nephews.
