He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George David Sherman II and Winifred Allen Sherman LeBaron of Celeron, NY; his wife Mary Lou Haglund Sherman; his children, Diane Swank (Michael Dimmer) of Fredonia, Randy Sherman (Cheryl) of Fredonia and Jeff Sherman (Lisa) of Charlotte, NC.; and his grandchildren, Matt Swank (Karen) of Westfield, Brooke Cerrie (Michael), Jackie Gibbons (Terry) of Fredonia, Reid Sherman (Sherri) of Albemarle, NC, Ian Sherman of Manhattan, NY and Emily Sherman of Charlotte, NC.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the American Red Cross, 50 Hough Hill Rd, Falconer, NY 14701, in his honor as Dave was a lifelong blood donor.
