She was predeceased by: her parents, Miguel Caballero and Ana Dolores Fleites; and her siblings, Diego Caballero and Zoila Curbelo. She is survived by: her siblings, Oneida Gonzalez and Oscar Caballero. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great- nephews.

She donated to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital and to her church.
