She is survived by: her sisters, Margaret Orto of Bethesda, MD and Luisa Orto-Symmans of Houston, TX; her brothers-in-law, Kevin Welber and W. Fraser Symmans; her nieces, Raffaella Symmans, Sophia Welber and Natalie Welber; and her nephew William Symmans.
