He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth O'Hara Gorman and John Coleman Gorman; and his son-in-law Stephen C Hessel. He is survived by: his wife Grace Guion Gorman; his children, Laura Gorman Riley (Mark), Meghan Gorman Hessel of Fairfield, CT and Brian P. Gorman; his grandchildren, Joey, Jack, Catherine Potenza, Jocelyn, Tessa Riley, Christopher, Cole and Caroline Hessel; and his siblings, Rosemary Guerin (Jim), John Gorman Jr. (Cheryl) and Jean-Marie Gorman.
