He was predeceased by: his sister Kathleen Pitrus of West Hartford, Connecticut.. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Picone Tuohey; his children, Mara Neafsey (Terence) of Darien, Paul Richard Tuohey Jr. (Meghan) of Palm BeachGardens and Alexandra Campbell (Steven) of Rye; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Ryan, Jack, Caitlin Neafsey, Piper, Sloane Tuohey, Brendan, Thomas, Kevin and Drew Campbell.
