She was predeceased by: her husband Edward H. Simek; and her siblings, Daniel and Nancy. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane, Ellen, Susan Jennifer and Martha; her sons-in-law, Tom, Andy, Bob C. and Dan; and her siblings, Judy, Bob and Laura. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
