He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna and Nicolas; and his brother Chris. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Roszler; his children, Greg, Deirdre and Kasandra; and his brother Paul. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, an organisation George felt strongly about.
