He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eileen; his children, Thomas Blake (Amy), Cathleen Hellman (Chrys), Kieran Blake, Molly Meegan (James), James Blake and Timothy Blake (Kaitlin); his grandchildren, Lieutenant Thomas Hellman, Molly, Matthew, Kathryn, Kelly, Elizabeth, Lauren, Julia, Peter, Claire, Maeve and Spencer Jake; and his brothers, Joseph Blake (Jane), John Blake (Mary) and Robert Hill.

Interment: Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, In lieu of flowers, donations in Jake's memory may be sent to Sisters of Life, Sisters of Life.
