It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Bailey of Manchester, New York, who passed away on July 20, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Marks and Lila Marks (Maestas); her husband Omer; and her siblings, Edward Marks, Gerri Gleeson and Robert Marks.
She is survived by: her children, Trevor Bailey (Shelley) and Heather Ostrander (Rick); her grandchildren, Cody Ostrander, Austin Ostrander, Sami and Lexi Bailey; and her sister-in-law Pat Marks. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
