He is survived by: his son Ethan J. Bailey; his stepson Braeden P. Dilley; his siblings, Lester Lee Bailey of Waterloo, NY, Ed Bailey of Geneva, NY, Ricky McCoy (Rowena) of Geneva, NY, Homer McCoy of Geneva, NY, Archie McCoy of Geneva, NY, Lisa Archibald of Geneva, NY, Joe McCoy (Sherie) of Auburn, NY, Mary Brooks (Reggie) of Elmira, NY and Joyce Golden of Bristol, PA; and also Barbara Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
