He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne Zepkowski. He is survived by: his children, Calvin Zepkowski (Debi), Colleen Baumann Converse, Cindy Mapes (Rhonda) and Chris Zepkowski. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
