She is survived by: her husband Skip Janson; her son Ryan Janson (Jill Wheeler); and her grandchildren, Domenic Janson and Rowan Janson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“Dear family, I am so very sorry to hear of Lois’ passing. We had many good times at Hilton Central especially in concert and marching bands. We marched next to each other in the clarinet row for many years. We were also in a group of girls who loved our ‘pajama party’ sleep overs. Lois’ house was always a favorite.
