He is survived by: his daughter Casey L. Kapp (John Houck) of Waterloo, NY; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Kapp, Kayla Hebert (Justin) and Morgan Kapp; his siblings, Gary J. French (Elizabeth McGee) of Charleston, SC and Cynthia Vick of Grand Junction, CO; his close friend Sharon A. Griffin of Manchester, NY; and also Joyce French of Waterloo, NY.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
