He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Boak and Hazel M. Bridger; and his sister Darlene. He is survived by: his wife Becki; his children, Ryan (Shelby) and Tammy Boak; his brother Thomas Boak (Mary Pat); and his mother-in-law Prudy Moyer-Boak. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
