He was predeceased by: his wife Louise; his son David; his daughter-in-law Emily; and his grandson Kai. He is survived by: his brothers, Timothy and Robert; and his mother Trudy Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in the memory of Ted.
