He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Douglas Ripley and Christl Ripley; his children, Alexander Ripley (Amber) and Rebecca Cooper; his grandsons, Brendan Barasch, Bryce Barasch, Austin Ripley and Isaac Ripley; and his brother Douglas Ripley (Amy Schwartz).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Robert's memory to the ASPCA or the Humane Society of New Rochelle.
