He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenico DiBetta and Anna DiBetta; his wife Barbara Anne Newbury; his sons, Frank and Dominick; and his siblings, Frank, Joseph and Christine.

He is survived by: his son Nicholas Jr (Gloria) of Mamaroneck; his sister Libby Minisci; his close friend Olga Konn; and his friends, Joseph Minishi, Larry Spano and Joyce Savone.
