She was predeceased by: her parents, Benedetto Formoso and Giuliette Formoso; and her husband Mario Gualano. She is survived by: her children, Elio Gualano (Ema), Mario Gualano (Colby) and Julie Gualano (Robert); her grandchildren, Stefan, Michaela, Harlow and Margaux; and her siblings, Giuseppe Formoso, Fausto Formoso and Carmela Mollo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and dear friends.
