It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucia J. Phillips of Mamaroneck, New York, who passed away on February 18, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Stracuzzi and Antoinette Stracuzzi; her husband Arthur; and her siblings, Anthony, Charles Stracuzzi and Mary Bracco.

She is survived by: her sons, Arthur Phillips (Sueann) and Jeffrey Phillips (Maria); her grandchildren, Maria Jean, Marisa and Manda Phillips; and her sisters, Santa Lemmo and Grace Yost.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Larchmont Council of the Knights of Columbus for the benefit of the Sound Shore Stars (Special Olympics).
