She was predeceased by: her parents, Felice "Philip" Capillo and Alice Miles Capillo; her husband William "Pete" Foster; and her sister Patricia Capillo. She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Foster; her siblings, Philip Capillo and Theresa Pizzimenti (late Dominick Pizzimenti); her nieces and nephews, Elaine Capillo, Christina Pizzimenti, Vincent-Philip Pizzimenti (Amy) and Alic Miles Pizzimenti; and her great-nephews, Dominick Thomas and Oliver Drew Pizzimenti.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home (767 E Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck, NY 10543). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
