He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John P. Coughlin and Marion Coughlin; his wife Diane Coughlin; his children, John M. Coughlin Jr (Renee), Joseph Coughlin (Patricia), Marion Twyman (Jay), Michael Coughlin (Najat) and Thomas Coughlin; and his sisters-in-law, Maureen Morris (Donald Risher) and Cheryle Clark (Richard). He was also cherished by grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
