He was predeceased by: his parents, John DiForio and Theresa DiForio. He is survived by: his wife Carol Babilot; his children, Denise DiForio, Dawn Zambelli (Joseph) and Mark DiForio (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Kellan, Lincoln and Claire.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's memory to the American Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society.
