She is survived by: her parents, Vincenzo Cirillo and Vittoria Cirillo; her children, Grace D'Alessio, Diane Duncan, Nina Duncan and David D'Alessio; her great grandchild Daisy D'Alessio; her siblings, Teresina Cirillo, Bruno, Toto, Maria and Damiano Cirillo; and also, Melissa Duncan, Michael Duncan, Melanie Duncan and Christopher Duncan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Annita's memory to St. Jude.
