He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian Diaz and Nora Grace Diaz (Smith); his wife Antoinette DeVito; his daughter Carol Ann Jewels; his granddaughter Melissa Jewels; and his brothers, Paul and Albert Diaz.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen A. Diaz (Susan), Anthony Diaz (Denise) and Lisa Ryan (James); and his siblings, Elaine Pressing, Catherine Horton, Edward, Robert and John Diaz. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
