She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ottinger and Mary Ottinger; her brother John; and her son Lt. Henry Jude Hinton (Goldie Hinton). She is survived by: her husband Henry Joseph Hinton; her pet Buttons; and her children, Cecilia Hinton, Arleen Gartland (George Gartland), Wendy Smith (Walter Smith) and Gerard Hinton (Valerie Hinton). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
