He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Denise Diaz (Anthony), Stacey Green (Edward Thomas) and Kelly Treacy (James); his grandchildren, Jacquelyn, William, Anthony, Devin, Thomas, Nicole, Kelsey and Kathryn; and his great grandchildren, Louis and Dominic.

He donated GALLONS OF BLOOD during his lifetime.
