It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Antoinette Diaz (Malverne, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on December 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her children, Thomas Anthony (Denise) and Carol Ann Jewels. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Diaz; and her children, Stephen (Susan) and Lisa Ryan (James). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, several nieces and a nephew.
