He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wallace and Anna Wallace (Rooney); his former wife Adrienne; his wife Joan Clark of Malverne; his daughter Mary Kay; his siblings, Marie Csorny (Bill), William, Donald, John (Ann), Thomas (Claire), James (Karen) and Joseph; and his siblings-in-law, Karen (James), Maryann (Robert), Rosemary Higgins Cass, Peter Cass and Michael Higgins.
He is survived by: his brothers, Robert and Douglas (Jill); his siblings-in-law, Bill Csorny, Jeanne Higgins, Ann, Claire and Jill; his daughters, Roseanne Horne and Adrienne Carmack; his son-in-law David Carmack; his grandchildren, Bridget Horne Christian (Chris), Michael Horne (Jaqueline), Katie Horne Rozelle (Curt), Maggie Horne Perry (Eddie), Andrew Horne, Anna Carmack, Mary Carmack, Adrienne Carmack, David Carmack (Molly), Thomas Carmack and Allie Carmack; and his great grandchildren, Adelyn Christian, Benjamin Christian, Jonathan Christian, Olivia Horne, Colin Horne, Kevin Horne, Adrienne Rozelle, Patrick Rozelle and Jasper Perry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews as well as step-children and step-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
