With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas L. Garland of Malone, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 7, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Garland and Evelyn Fairchild Garland; his sister Patrica Garland; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Rouselle and Donald Soucia.
He is survived by: his wife Hallie Spaulding; his children, Edward Garland (Laurie) of Duane, Patricia Croteau (Scott) of Constable, Matthew Garland of Constable and Daniel Garland of Duane; and his siblings, Robert Garland (Grace) of Brushton, William Garland (Helen) of North Bangor, Bruce Garland (Sharon) of North Bangor, Peggy Rouselle of Rouses Point and Jane Soucia of Burke. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
