She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Eric and Rose Armlin; and her grandfather Jesse Alan Polak. She is survived by: her parents, Tammy Lyn Polak of Middleburgh and Kevin Alan Duell of Malone; and her siblings, Skyler Donn Eric Stanley (Mercedez Lynn Vanpatten) of Middleburgh, Sierra Rain Duell (Mark Christopher Holmes, Jr.) of Malone and Jaidan Marie Dungee-Duell of Malone. She is also survived by many other family members, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
