He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Collins and Carolyn Collins (Thomas); his wife Tonya L. Morton Collins of Malone; his children, Shawn Collins (Kim) of Kodak, Tennessee and Stephanie MacDonald (Doug) of Mineral, Virginia; his grandchildren, Corey, Breanna Collins, Bailey, Jessie and Brody MacDonald; and his pets, Frankie Blue Eyes and Betty Boop Collins.
Donations in Scott's memory may be made to the North Country Animal Shelter, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Hospice of the North Country.
