He was predeceased by: his father Grampy; his brothers, Louis and James; and his parents-in-law, Marjorie and Kenneth Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Bilow (Rowe); his children, Leslie LaBarge (Jamie LaBarge) of Altona and Kimberly Coplen (Timothy) of Ellenburg Depot; his grandchildren, Bryce LaBarge (Hannah), Bailey LaBarge, Koby Coplen (Annabelle), Kendl Coplen (Hayley) and Kade Coplen; his brothers, Lester Bilow (Lucy), Leon Bilow (Susanne) and Roger Bilow (Sheila); his siblings-in-law, Colin Rowe (Michelle), Darla Bilow (Allan) and Barbara Bilow; and his caregivers, Rachael, Katherine, Amber, Nora, Jamie, April and Denise.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ellenburg Depot Fire Department or Hospice of the North Country.
