He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Robert Queor, Jr. of Malone, Carrie Ann Pickering (Clayton) of Malone, Tracie Mitchell (Matt) of Moira, James Barney (Heather) of North Bangor, Keith Barney (Karla), Tammie and Rodney Kelley of Jeffersonville, VT; his grandchildren, Kalsie Snyder of Malone, Kobe Noon of Malone, Alicia Mitchell of Malone, Marrissa Mitchell of Moira, Dylan Barney of Malone, Sara-Margaret Cowart, Michelle, Izzy, Louis, Lily Barney, Christopher Kelley and Cory Kelley of Jeffersonville, VT; and his brothers, Wayne of Dewitt, NY and James of Watertown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
