It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita C. Paro of Malone, New York, born in Mechanicville, New York, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Humphrey Sullivan and Elizabeth "Libby" Cooney Sullivan; her husband Robert B. Paro; her son Daniel Paro; and her brothers, James, Timothy, George and Thomas Sullivan.
She is survived by: her daughter Judith; her son-in-law James Gavin of Athelstan; and her goddaughter Eileen Sullivan. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Donations may be made to the Constable Volunteer Fire Department and E.M.S. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
