With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Duffy of Malone, New York, who passed away on December 2, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Duffy II and Dorothy Conto Duffy; her brother Charles Duffy; and her daughter Tracy Ann Buchanan. She is survived by: her former husband Warren Douglas Buchanan; her children, Douglas Buchanan (Lisa) of Potsdam, N. Y., Trevor Buchanan (Audra) of Malone, N. Y., Beth Buchanan of Lake Placid, N. Y. and Kathy Johnson (Mitchell Johnson) of Owl's Head, N. Y.; her brothers, John Duffy III of Malone, N. Y. and Frank Duffy (Lillian) of Malone, N. Y; and her grandchildren, Savannah Bondellio, Evan Snyder, Samuel Reynolds, Brian Cahn, Lesley Buchanan, Trent Garcia, Jack Johnson, Benjamin Quinn, Anna Reynolds and Luke Buchanan. She is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
