He was predeceased by: his parents, George Nathan Avery and Gertrude Orton; his wife Carol Avery; his son George Avery; and his siblings, Horace, Kenneth Avery, Doris Riding and Dorothy Grant.
He is survived by: his sons, Neal Avery (Terry) of Westville, NY, Kevin Avery of Westville, NY and Kyle Avery (Roberta) of Westville, NY; and his grandchildren, Trevor Avery of Westville, NY, Lindsey Avery of Malone, NY and Zack Martin of Malone, NY. He is also survived by four great- grandchildren.
