He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Perry, Billy Perry, Tommy Perry, Marie Nelson, Jane Mykel, Donna Perry, Margaret Labarge and Nancy Perry; and his parents, Edward Perry and Irene Perry (Lord).
He is survived by: his wife Christine Perry; his children, George Dudash (Kris Lett), Crystal Vachon (Richard), Nick Dudash (Jillian), Amanda Cervetti (Vince), Natasha Perry, Preslee Prue (Matt) and Shantelle Dupra (Josh); and his sisters, Ann Black of Arizona and Janet Napierkowski (Stanley) of Boonville.
